Griswold Public Schools is seeking compassionate and dependable substitute paraeducators to support our students and staff throughout the school year. As a Substitute Paraeducator, You Will: Assist students with academic tasks and classroom activities Support teachers and staff in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment Work one-on-one or with small groups of students Help students with physical, emotional, or behavioral needs, depending on the assignment We're Looking for Individuals Who: Enjoy working with children of all ages and abilities Are patient, reliable, and supportive Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team Are flexible and ready to step in where needed Why Join Us?
