About The Position

The Barrington School District is is seeking qualified and compassionate Substitute School Nurses to support student health and wellness across our schools on an as-needed basis. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while working in a collaborative, supportive school environment.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
• NH Department of Education certification or eligiblity in School Nurse

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and emergency health care to students and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and district policies.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Assess and respond to student health concerns and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
• Follow all applicable state and district health protocols and guidelines.
