Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
19 years old (or 18 if enrolled in college).
Interest in working with young children (infants through Kindergarten).
Meets state preschool teacher or assistant requirements.
Flexible availability to work as needed.

Responsibilities

Support trained Montessori teachers by assisting in the classroom, creating a joyful, safe space for learning.
Step in for full-time faculty during absences, breaks, or planning periods, ensuring seamless education.
Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that aligns with Montessori standards.
Provide active supervision and basic care for young children, fostering their independence and curiosity.
Work alongside the teaching team to cultivate rich, hands-on learning experiences for kids aged birth to 6 years.
