Lunch Supervisors in elementary schools have many tasks that they must execute in order to ensure that the day moves along smoothly for everyone. Lunchroom supervisors oversee meal service for elementary school students. Duties record and maintain proper meal temperatures, distribution of meals and milk to students according to district and government regulations, supervision of students as directed by the school principal, deposit of student payments and scanning of tickets or Id's, reconciliation of cash, run end of the day reports for participation and deposits, general housekeeping duties such as cleaning school kitchen/serving area, and cleaning lunch tables.
