Requirements

• Credential Copy (30 Day Sub Permit)
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation (1 within the last 2 years)
• Resume
• Fingerprint clearance from the Department of Justice and/or FBI
• Proof of Tuberculosis clearance
• Social Security Card for payroll purposes
• Vaccination verification or weekly COVID-19 testing
