JOB SUMMARY This position serves as administrative officer of the school, reporting directly to the assigned Regional Assistant Superintendent. Responsibilities include providing leadership for continual interpretation of educational programs to school staff, and the school service area citizen groups; maintaining positive staff relationships with all officers and educators of the Northshore School District; directing staffing and budgetary decisions; maintaining commitment to the district's mission statement and working in concert with the district’s strategic plan. Participates in the interpretation and execution of district policy and state law. Directs, supervises and evaluates the instructional curricular program. Interprets educational programs to staff and community. Directs and evaluates the work of all assigned personnel. Supervises the operation and care of the building, grounds, and other school property. Works cooperatively with other administrative officers in executing programs. Keeps accurate school records and reports as required. Completes other tasks as assigned.
