About The Position

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of building. Operates custodial equipment. Assist in district operations, maintenance and care of school buildings. Perform custodial duties indoors and/or outdoors as needed. Accept and carry out duties as assigned. Lift and move heavy objects up to 60 pounds unassisted. Assist in completion of duties from a ladder, heights, scissor lifts and/or Geni lifts. Provide exceptional customer service and responsiveness. Maintain good work attendance. Communicate professionally with staff, students, vendors and/or parents.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Valid Washington State Driver's License with a good driving record, required.
Kowledge of general custodian duties.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Physical ability to do heavy lifting, prolonged standing, squatting, bending, stooping, carrying and/or climbing ladders.
Ability to communicate clearly, work effectively with students, staff and/or parents.
Ability to work all shifts.
