About The Position

The above substitute Custodial positions are available for the 2025-2026 school year. Substitute Custodians will report to the Building Principal/Supervisor or other administrator as needed. The effective date for this position is September 2, 2025, with a per diem salary of $144.00. Health benefits and other coverage are not provided for this position.

Requirements

• General knowledge in cleaning and maintaining building interior/exterior.
• Possess physical strength, stamina, and endurance.
• Familiarity with current technology.
• Fingerprinting required for criminal history background clearance.
• Required physical and drug test offered free of charge.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency in computer applications pertinent to support the position, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Frontline Applications, and Student Information System.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining building interior and exterior, including snow removal.
• Lifting cases of copy paper and moving/set up tables.
• Removing full trash bags from garbage cans.
• Using electronic attendance system to accept work assignments.
