About The Position

The Lake Chelan School District is seeking applicants for a position that requires a variety of skills and experiences in maintenance and custodial work. Successful applicants will be employed on a conditional basis pending completion of a background investigation and submission of a Sexual Misconduct Release form. Applications are retained and considered active for one year following the first submission.

Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or provide documentation to work in the US
• Authorization for background investigation
• Ability to provide references and previous employment history

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work
• Conduct electrical repairs
• Clean floors and carpets
• Wax and strip floors
• General custodial duties
• Maintain grounds and landscaping
• Handle heating and air conditioning tasks
• Operate machine shop and welding equipment
• Maintain office machines and printers
• Paint as needed
• Perform plumbing tasks
• Carry out roofing work
• Service small engines
• Utilize Microsoft Office for documentation and communication
