About The Position
The Substitute Cook position is responsible for supporting the nutrition services in all Marion County Schools. This role involves communication with the cafeteria manager, ordering supplies, preparing and serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. The Substitute Cook will also ensure compliance with HACCP procedures and keep accurate records of food temperatures and production.
