About The Position

Substitute Classroom Teacher District prefers Substitutes with an Associate Degree or equivalent college course work Background check and Fingerprints required Online Substitute Training Course will be provided and required Primary Purpose Substitute for absent teacher or other employee and perform the duties of the absent employee. Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the academic subject areas assigned and assist students to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. 25-26 School Year is a 4 Day Week, Monday-Thursday

Requirements

• Desire to work with students of all ages, social, and ethnic backgrounds
• General knowledge of academic subjects, curriculum, and instruction
• Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• 21 years or older
• Background check and Fingerprints required
• Online Substitute Training Course will be provided and required

Nice To Haves
