Ability to follow written and verbal directions and to work independently. Ability to perform heavy lifting, and operate a variety of kitchen equipment. Knowledge of sanitation and proper food handling procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with staff and student population. Ability to operate a variety of kitchen equipment. Willingness to learn operation of computerized point of sale (POS) system.
