Cloverleaf Local Schools is hiring Substitute Bus Drivers who can choose the days they work and enjoy the satisfaction of helping students get to and from school safely. What We Offer: Paid Training: Earn $16.00 per hour during training to help you achieve your CDL and complete driver training. Increased Pay: Once your CDL and driver training are complete, your hourly rate increases to $18.00. Annual Pay Increases: Receive rate increases each year you serve as a substitute driver. Path to a Contracted Position: Substitute drivers can bid on open routes to become contracted employees. Supportive Environment: Our drivers are cherished by the students and families in our district and are treated with the utmost respect by our transportation director. Requirements
