About The Position

The Lunch and After School Team is a vital part of our school community, carrying out many of the duties necessary for the day-to-day operations of the campus. This position will supervise Kindergarten - 4th grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks. This role will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment for our energetic and motivated students. This is an on-call substitute for our lunch and afterschool program. No hours are guaranteed.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and ability to connect with a variety of colleagues and students.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Kindergarten - 4th grade students in indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks.
• Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities.
• Assist students with homework.
• Collaborate with other faculty and staff members.
• Be responsible for the safe supervision and care of students.
