Requirements

• High School Diploma and 10 years of substations experience, or
• Associates Degree in a technical field and 7 years of substations/project management experience, or
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field and 5 years of substations/project management experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Substation Design.

Responsibilities

• Acts as substation technical liaison for large scale substations projects.
• Partners with multiple project stakeholders in managing various intermediate-to-large substations projects and/or multiple small projects.
• Interfaces with project stakeholders, including internal organizations and general contractors.
• Ensures that drawings are accurate and that drawings and equipment are labelled correctly.
• Manages communications, crew coordination, risk management, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews technical prints and writes handbook articles, procedures, and safety documents.
• Member and substations representative for the Enterprise Electrical Council.
