About The Position
WSP is currently initiating a search for a Substation Protection & Control Electrical Engineer for our Atlanta, GA office. The following locations will also be considered: Birmingham AL; Charlotte NC; Orlando FL. Be involved in projects with our Energy Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our client's objectives and solves their challenges. We have an immediate opportunity for a Substation Protection & Control Electrical Engineer to provide delivery of high voltage electrical substation designs for our projects. The P&C Substation Engineer will work under the leadership of Supervising Engineer. The Candidate is required to work within a multi-discipline team to efficiently design protection and control of high voltage substations. The engineer will coordinate his/her design activities to maintain project schedules and ensure successful project completion. The engineer will also assist the Estimating Team in preparation of estimates and project proposals.
