The Team Lead will monitor, organize and schedule the daily activities of associates and monitor product resources ensuring that customer and AFL specifications are met. In this role, the Lead will develop effective and efficient methods; maintain documentation throughout the process; assist with troubleshooting and correction of problems; and monitor workflow. The Lead will be responsible for assisting management in leading, coaching, coordinating training, skill development, and reviewing documents/procedures of assigned associates. The Lead must have a good attitude and attendance; strong growth potential; excellent organization and people skills, with the ability to communicate with and lead a diversified workforce. Position will aid in improving teamwork and motivating team members to excel at their jobs. The Lead will be expected to follow established company policies and lead by example, ensure established work practices and policies are followed, and provide staff performance/recommendation to Manager.
