About the agency: Willamette Family is a longstanding substance use treatment and behavioral healthcare provider that strives to support our community. Willamette Family is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), noting that we meet or exceed the national standards for excellence in behavioral healthcare. Summary: The Residential Counselor assistant is responsible for assisting the clinical team, (counselors, admissions specialists, and support specialists) in daily functions within the residential unit. The assistant will receive on-the-job training as well as clinically supervised work experience in working toward certification. This position is full-time with two available schedules: Tuesday through Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements

• CADC- R Certification or Above
• High school / GED Completion
• Criminal Background check conducted by the Department of Human Services Background Check Unit
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening (Including THC)
• Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment.
