About The Position

The substance abuse navigator serves as a critical member of the BART (Behavioral Health & Addiction Resource Team), providing direct support to individuals with substance use disorders (SUD). This role focuses on engaging patients in treatment and ensuring seamless linkage to recovery services and community resources. The navigator works collaboratively with clinical teams, social services, and external partners to promote sustained recovery and reduce barriers to care.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Behavioral health, social work or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years working with individuals with SUD or behavioral health needs
• LCADC Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor required.
• Welle & Alice training 60 days within hire.
