The position involves providing outpatient therapy services to a diverse client base that includes both children and adults. The role also includes offering consultation and emergency services to the community, which encompasses local hospitals and law enforcement. The candidate will be responsible for program development in alignment with the annual plan and in consultation with the program supervisor. Additionally, the role requires conducting Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) meetings and completing necessary administrative paperwork, treatment plans, and notes for medical records in a timely manner. Maintaining all licensure requirements as per the state licensing board, including participation in clinical supervision, is essential. The candidate must also meet agency-required training annually, including training on electronic health records, and fulfill agency clinical productivity requirements. The position includes serving in an after-hours on-call rotation, which requires 2 to 4 rotations per year, along with other duties as assigned.
