The Substance Use/Mental Health Specialist is responsible for delivering clinical therapeutic services to patients assigned to the CBI Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (F/ACT) team. This role involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for patients and their families within the F/ACT team, adhering to policies, processes, and governing rules set by the Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHS), Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA), Bureau of Medical facilities Licensing (BMFL), and the Code of Federal Regulations.
