The Substance Use Disorder Supervisor provides the clinical and administrative oversight of the treatment team and functions as a practicing clinician on the team. Provides client centered supervision, development of clinical staff, program / data oversite and program leadership ensuring provision of quality care, data driven evaluation and change management processes and community coordination and advocacy for program serving clients with substance use concerns. Position may provide limited direct care activities in an effort to ensure adequate staff coverage and to train clinicians in the delivery of services. Services are client-centered, delivered in the home/community settings and include assessment, individual therapy and case-management. Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research. An openness to embrace and explore bias, equity issues, successes and challenges from a place of understanding and curiosity is needed to succeed and develop in the position/organization.
