About The Position

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a SUDP/SUDPT at our Lacey, WA location Available Shift: Wednesday - Saturday (10hr Shifts)

Requirements

• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• SUDP/SUDPT WA State Department of Health Credential.
• Ability to Commute: Lacey, WA 98516 (Required)
• Covid Vaccine Required

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with clients, clinical staff and medical staff.
• Provide clinical services to clients in a therapeutic setting.
• Plans, organizes and facilities all aspects of a client’s continuum of care.
• Facilitate case-load groups as needed
• Clinical Documentation within EMR
