The Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Group Facilitator plays a key role in the Substance Use Treatment and Intervention (SUSTAIN) program, a specialized FACE to FACE Partial Hospital program. This position involves leading therapeutic groups and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, high-quality clinical care in an acute setting. Committed to excellence, the Group Facilitator ensures that all consumers receive the necessary treatment and support to achieve optimal outcomes.
