About The Position

The Substance Use Disorder Clinician will provide individual and group counseling services to clients with serious and persistent mental illness at two residential sites in Vermont. The role emphasizes recovery-focused and trauma-sensitive care, requiring collaboration with community mental health and psychiatric providers.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field.
• LADC licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in motivating individuals with co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group substance use counseling services to clients.
• Coordinate services with community mental health providers, psychiatric providers, and other community agencies.
• Motivate and encourage individuals with co-occurring disorders.
