To provide ongoing intensive assessment and case management to populations that are suffering with co-occurring disorders and behavioral health needs; outreach and crisis intervention to dually diagnosed (psychiatrically disabled/chemically dependent) clients, according to their level of care. This shall include Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment/Case Management (CPST), general medication maintenance, substance abuse counseling, individual, family and group psychotherapy. Conduct substance abuse treatment with clients in need according to the 12 core functions of substance abuse counseling as defined by the ICRC.
