Substance Use Counselor LCADC/CADC 147 Fee for Service located in Phillipsburg NJ Responsibilities: Credentialed Substance Use Counselor to be primary clinician for Level 1 outpatient substance use program in Phillipsburg. May conduct full substance use assessments, make recommendations for level of care, facilitate individual and/or group counseling sessions, complete treatment planning, discharge planning, as well as case management with referral sources for mandated clients.
Requirements
- Master's Degree level with LCADC or LAC/LPC/LSW/LCSW with CADC/CADC intern
- Supervision for CADC/LCADC provided
- Familiar with NJSAMS
- Experience completing substance use assessments with urine drug screens
- Candidate should have clinical experience in group and individual modalities
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to collaborate with referral sources and affiliated agencies (i.e. IDRC, Probation)
- Professionally Licensed (LCADC or LAC/LPC/LSW/LCSW with CADC intern)
- Qualified Non-profit Agency for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), where applicable
