About The Position

The Substance Use Counselor serves as the primary support and case manager for individuals with mental illness, focusing on assisting them to live independently in their chosen community while addressing substance abuse and addictions. This full-time position operates on a day shift schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and offers a competitive wage based on experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor (CATC) or Substance Use Disorder Certified Counselor (SUDCC).
• At least six months of experience in an addictions setting.
