In this vital clinical role, you will provide evidence-based substance use counseling by:

Requirements

  • Fully Credentialed CADC
  • LCAS-A
  • LCAS
  • High School Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree with full CADC credential
  • A strong commitment to serving individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience with trauma-informed care or mental health treatment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Conducting behavioral assessments and collaborating on individualized treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within our electronic health record
  • Participating in aftercare planning, utilization review, and coordination with external providers
  • Assisting with crisis intervention and completing Level of Care Assessments as needed
  • Engaging in team meetings, trainings, and collaborative case discussions
  • Helping maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for clients
