For more information visit wfts.org. Willamette Family is looking for a Full-Time Substance Abuse Clinical Supervisor for Withdrawal Management in our Buckley Detox program. This position is a part of the expansion of our current services. The Buckley Detox Program has a new building underway! With the construction of our NEW Buckley location that will allow for an expansion of crucial substance use treatment services for our community. Position Overview: We are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical and medical care team within the withdrawal management and medical residential program at our new Buckley location. Experience in working with a population that has co-occurring disorders is essential. Requirements

• CADC II or above with a minimum of five years’ experience in behavioral health substance use disorder counseling
• This role requires the Clinical Supervisor to be available on-site
• Must be located in the Eugene, OR area or be willing to commute.
• Background Check Approval from the Department of Human Services (Initiated post-offer)
• Pre-employment Drug Screening (including Cannabis/THC) (Initiated post-offer)
• Effective 03/28/2025- Willamette Family has a required 12 month waiting period before former clients can apply for employment. This policy is in place to ensure professional boundaries and avoid potential conflicts of interest. Responsibilities

• Provide Clinical Supervision: Conduct weekly one-on-one clinical supervision for addiction treatment counselors holding CADC certifications, in accordance with OARs and agency policies.
• Ensure Fidelity to Evidence-Based Practices: Oversee the implementation of evidence-based treatment modalities, ensuring adherence to best practices within Buckley programs.
• Support Quality Client Care: Provide individualized case supervision to ensure that treatment plans are appropriate, person-centered, and effective.
• Promote Culturally Responsive Services: Uphold and advocate for culturally appropriate, gender-responsive, and trauma-informed care.
• Uphold Ethical Standards: Ensure all treatment staff maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in practice.
• Lead Group Supervision: Facilitate weekly group supervision and provide ongoing direction to addiction treatment counselors.
• Oversee Compliance & Quality Assurance: Participate in program audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Communicate Agency Mission & Values: Integrate and reinforce the organization's mission, goals, and policies in daily practice.
• Mentor & Develop Staff: Provide coaching, guidance, and individualized professional development plans to enhance clinical skills and adherence to evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate on Program Integration: Work as part of the Supervisory Team to align residential treatment and services into a cohesive continuum of care focused on overall health and wellness.
• Ensure Confidentiality & Compliance: Maintain strict security of Individual Service Records in compliance with OARs, 42 CFR Part 2, and HIPAA regulations.
• Foster Community Partnerships: Serve as a liaison between WF and external service agencies to enhance collaboration and continuity of care.
• Stay Current in the Field: Maintain ongoing professional development and complete certification requirements.
• Additional Responsibilities: Carry out duties assigned by the Program Manager, Program Director, and Executive Director as needed.
