Responsibilities

  • Legal Administration: Manage the end-to-end response process for subpoenas and public records requests, including legal review and redaction.
  • Member Support: Process Domestic Relations Orders (DROs), provide retirement benefit estimates, and answer member inquiries via telephone and secure message.
  • Agency Leadership: Lead special projects and facilitate meetings.
