About The Position

ProVest is seeking Subpoena-Specific Servers in Charlotte County, Florida. This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity ideal for reliable, self-motivated individuals. Process server certification or licensing is not required for this role. You’ll use your own vehicle, manage your schedule within our guidelines, and complete assignments using our mobile technology.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Comfortable using mobile apps and technology
• Access to a smartphone; computer and scanner preferred
• Residence within or near Charlotte County is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in subpoena delivery, courier work, investigations, or legal support is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Serve subpoenas within Charlotte County
• Update service attempts and case information using ProVest mobile apps (PVLS Mobile & PSO Mobile)
• Capture GPS-enabled photos and enter detailed attempt notes
• Make multiple service attempts at varying times, including evenings and weekends when required
