As Test Execution Lead, you will be responsible for planning and execution of the ARCI Test Program, collaborating with internal and external teams on complex systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications, performance standards, and needs of the sailor. You will be part of the Testing/Certification environment ensuring that the developed products meet the requirements and intended use on-board the submarine. Requirements

  • 14+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in engineering, particularly in the design and qualification of Signal Processing and System Infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in TestRail, Jira, and ELM.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams of engineers.
  • An innovative mindset, capable of finding solutions to complex engineering challenges.
  • Commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
  • Must have experience with Modern Sonar systems from both a functional and data analysis operator perspective as well as an infrastructure an engineering perspective. Specifically, experience on TI20 and newer systems.
  • Must be comfortable briefing senior customer leadership on a recurring basis.
  • Must be a US Citizen for consideration.
  • This position requires a government security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Fleet Experience with ASW as a Sonar Supervisor and ACINT Specialist.
  • Experience with test automation design and development.
  • Knowledge of the ARCI program and processes.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluency in all standard Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

  • Mentoring, Training, and qualification of a team of Systems Engineering, Integration and Test Engineers.
  • Engage program management, senior leadership, and other external stakeholders as needed.
  • Create and execute master schedules.
  • Assess system status and test results and report key metrics to senior leadership.
  • Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify system performance and functionality.
  • Conduct testing in a controlled environment, including laboratory and field testing.
  • Identify and document defects or anomalies encountered during testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Analyze test data to verify system performance and functionality.
  • Generate reports and presentations to summarize test results and recommendations.
