About The Position

Beast Code is looking for a Subject Matter Expert who treats mission success as a personal mandate, not a talking point. This role is built for someone who thrives in ambiguity, when structure is loose, clarity is earned, and outcomes really matter. We’re looking for a true leader to join us. Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of TRF Kings Bay work processes, work package routing and command organizational structure.
  • Working level of knowledge of TRF Kings Bay Planning Department, QA department, and Work Controls processes / organizational structure.
  • Thorough level of knowledge of the SWARM application and onboarding process. Must be able to create and conduct training to all user groups.
  • Able to develop a working level understanding of PMS 397 initiatives and determine recommended utilization at TRF.
  • SSBN Maintenance Experience
  • Fast learner, project planning, & requirement management
  • Excellent communicator – comfortable with developers, stakeholders, and clients including Senior Military Officers ability to carry out tasks from start to finish
  • Familiar with principles of agile development
  • Capable of assessing and mitigating risks
  • Strong people skills
  • Effective motivator who can foster sustained environment of self-improvement within a team
  • Due to the nature of our work, it is mandatory that you are a U.S. Citizen and able to comply with Government regulations
  • Successfully complete background check and maintain a valid USA driver’s license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
  • Beast Code is a drug free work environment using mandatory pre-employment drug testing and random drug testing as per all applicable laws

Responsibilities

  • Working side-by-side with colleagues and end users to understand business needs and shape the right training content and performance objectives
  • Use clear and confident written and verbal communication to guide teams and support decision making
  • Translate technical documents and engineering drawings and explain how they connect to our products
  • Support training, maintenance, and engineering operations during content planning meetings
  • Build a strong working knowledge of all Beast Code products and software
  • Review software and technical documentation to ensure our final product is accurate and aligned with expectations
  • Translate technical issues and customer feedback to development team
  • Attend product reviews and presentations with both the customer and Beast Code leadership
  • Participate in customer requested meetings and represent Beast Code’s vision with clarity and pride
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of TRF Kings Bay work processes, work package routing, and command organizational structure
  • Hold a working knowledge of TRF Kings Bay Planning Department, QA, and Work Controls processes and organizational structure
