About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Technical Expert with deep expertise in data-driven and AI-based systems . The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical leadership and strategic vision to architect, deploy, and optimize next-generation data and AI platforms , including agentic AI solutions , within a large-scale enterprise technology environment. This role is well-suited for professionals with experience in high-scale global technology organizations or comparable innovation-driven environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology, data engineering, AI/ML systems, or platform architecture .
• Background in large-scale, high-performance technology environments (global enterprise or top-tier technology organizations).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala .
• Proven experience building data pipelines, AI/ML workflows, microservices, and distributed systems .
• Expertise in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) , retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , and agentic/autonomous AI architectures .
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling AI-driven decision-support or intelligent agent systems .
• Strong analytical, system design, and stakeholder communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field .
• Experience leading or mentoring teams in AI/ML innovation, data strategy, or enterprise AI platforms .
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar orchestration tools.
• Exposure to mission-critical or regulated environments (e.g., finance, defense, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise systems).

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the design of scalable data and AI platforms , ensuring performance, reliability, security, and fault tolerance across distributed systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions , including autonomous and semi-autonomous systems capable of reasoning, decision-making, and adaptive execution.
• Provide technical thought leadership in data architecture, analytics, and AI system design to guide enterprise AI strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver end-to-end intelligent solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate advanced AI and cloud technologies, including cloud-native AI platforms, managed ML services, and LLM orchestration frameworks .
• Establish best practices for data governance, model lifecycle management, security, and ethical AI implementation .
• Mentor engineering and data teams on emerging AI technologies and scalable system design.
