About The Position

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Subject Matter Expert is an experienced consultant who has experience in, but is not limited to, supporting large projects related to the individual subject matter expertise in supporting MARCORSYSCOM. These senior personnel are experts in DoD activities with experience in senior roles supporting the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, requirements generation, or acquisitions. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in a hybrid work environment, proficient with SharePoint and MS Teams
Successful experience working in a team environment.
DoD SECRET Level Clearance Required
Approximately 5% Travel Required

Responsibilities

Analyses PEO LS processes, activities, communications, and organization.
Leverages this analysis to provide data driven recommendations to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Researches, designs, and develops organizational change implementation plans using industry best practices.
Prepares and delivers presentations to colleagues, subordinates, and government representatives.
Produces and/or reviews documentation reflecting knowledge of areas as identified in the statement of work.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
