Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the Department of the Navy's (DON's) financial and supply chain system of record, responsible for providing critical information to Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) programs in support of budgets, milestone reviews, and supply chain functionality. Navy ERP supports both General Fund and Working Capital Fund activities, ensuring statutory and regulatory policy compliance and enabling mandatory external reporting. NAVAIR Navy ERP Business Office (NBO) is the primary location for NAVAIR Navy ERP expertise. The NBO provides a central point for resolution of NAVAIR Navy ERP requirements and serves as the Center of Excellence (COE) for issue resolution. This program requires a team of highly qualified professionals with experience in business solutions, reporting / analysis, user management, and modernization efforts including S/4HANA. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree in Business Administration, Management, or other Relevant Technical Discipline; OR Technical training in a Relevant Technical Discipline.
  • At least ten (10) years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas: Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and/or Training.
  • Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in a Relevant Technical Discipline.
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA.
  • Candidates must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes project requirements in the areas of business and financial management including program scheduling, critical path analyses, and project support requirement determination.
  • Directs impact studies, cost / benefit analyses, and dependency models, and employs appropriate project tracking methodologies.
  • Performs additional task-related analyst / management functions to ensure successful task completion.
  • Proficient using process mapping tools.
