If you’re passionate about solving complex technical challenges, driving customer success, and shaping best practices across enterprise environments, we’d love to meet you. What is the opportunity? As a Subject Matter Expert , you will be the technical authority for escalations involving Android device management and identity integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to diagnose and resolve challenging issues while providing strategic guidance to customers. This role requires hands-on experience with Android device frameworks, identity providers like Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Okta , and authentication protocols that power secure access for frontline workers. Your expertise will not only drive technical resolution for customers but also inform Omnissa’s product direction and best practice frameworks.
