About The Position
The position reports to the PSBI Procurement Manager within the GPS Contracts & Procurement organization. The role acts as an IT procurement advisor for the Government and Public Services Practice (GPS) to drive business strategy and results. The individual will advise client delivery teams on appropriate procurement-related strategies and execute various activities related to the procurement of software, hardware, and other commodities as needed for the GPS practice. The role includes reviewing software and reseller terms and conditions between Suppliers and Deloitte to identify and mitigate negotiation risks, notifying the PSBI Procurement Manager as necessary.
