About The Position

BMS CAT is a national leader in disaster restoration, providing services from initial clean up to complete rebuilds. We handle multi-million dollar commercial projects as well as smaller residential losses. Founded in 1948, we have established a strong reputation in the industry and are currently seeking quality subcontractors to join our vendor list. We are particularly interested in companies with specialties in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work.

Requirements

• Must carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with the following limits: $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury.
• Must carry Business Automobile Liability Insurance with the following limits: $1,000,000 combined single limit OR $1,000,000 bodily injury per person, $1,000,000 bodily injury per occurrence, and $500,000 property damage.
• Experience in the specified specialties (cabinetry, carpentry, flooring, etc.) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized services in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work as subcontractors for BMS CAT.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements as specified by BMS CAT.
• Communicate effectively with BMS CAT regarding services offered and locations of operation.
