You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the Missiles and Fire Control Advanced Programs team. Requirements

Prior experience with procurement, supply chain and/or subcontracts on US Government programs
Ability to interface effectively with Sr. Management and suppliers to achieve desired program objectives
Experience with managing and negotiating Cost Type, Fixed Price and T&M subcontract types
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of subcontractsâ¯-â¯pre award sourcing, negotiation, award, administration, and close out.
Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies, tracking key performance indicators such as cost, schedule, and technical compliance.
Conduct price and cost analysis, ensuring fair and reasonable pricing while protecting government/contractor interests.
Manage subcontractor performance, issuing corrective actions, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and engineering to resolve disputes, change orders, and contract modifications.
Maintain accurate contract files, reports, and auditing documentation in accordance with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, fostering collaborative relationships and proactive communication.
Provide regular status briefings to program leadership and senior management.
