About The Position

MFC is looking to hire a Subcontract Management Staff to support the Air to Ground Missile HELLFIRE, Joint Air to Ground Missile (JAGM), and M299 Launcher Programs! We are seeking an experienced subcontract management professional who is looking for their next role! This role will include major subcontract management responsibilities including being an IPT lead. This person will work closely with suppliers, internal cross functional teams, USG customer and LM leadership. In addition, they will administer contracts in accordance with LMAP and DFARs, support supplier lot acceptance testing and failure review boards. This job will require some travel to key supplier locations and in office attendance a minimum of two days a week.

Requirements

• Strong Requirements planning background in SAP and P2P
• Performance driven Supply Chain experience (Quality and delivery) and Affordability minded
• Experienced in tracking both On Time Deliveries (OTD), Quality Driven with SCAR and FRB experience, and Q-Note Generation to rework/repair and closure.
• Ocala on site presence
• This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
• Clearance Level: Secret

Nice To Haves

• This position is aimed at knowledge of Point of Use (POU) contracts where hardware and services are required in support of our manufacturing sites.
• The position will also require experience in 2nd Source Solutions where stronger performance and//or Affordability s the Program Target.
• The position will also require familiarity with the Ocala Site personnel and support positions in support of the MDMS program for streamlined synergies.
• Background on the MDMS program is desired
