About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the Advanced Threat Warning System Supply Chain Team. Our team drives the delivery of critical hardware components, collaborating with stakeholders to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/ined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Truth in Negotiations (TINA) experience
• SAP / Procure to Pay (P2P) experience
• IPT / SMT leadership experience
• Ability to work autonomously as necessary with reduced oversight
• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results
• Cross-functional Knowledge of Supplier Quality and Engineering as they relate to subcontract management
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderate-to-high-risk subcontracts
• Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams
• Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
• Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals
• Negotiate subcontract provisions and administer resulting subcontracts
