Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Subcontract Administrator. In this role, you will complete placement and administration of subcontracts and purchase orders, from pre-award solicitation, to selection of supplier, negotiation of price, schedule and terms and conditions, administration of subcontracts including funding, invoices and modifications, through final delivery and contrast closeout. Generate and maintain Internal Work Transfer Authorizations (IWTAs) in support of various programs. Support new business activities, including proposal inputs for material pricing and Basis of Estimates. Compliance with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures and other Command Media and use of SAP, PO Folders systems are required. Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with one of the following: procurement/buying, purchase orders, supplier proposals, managing supplier/customer relationships, negotiations, data analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

  • 1+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.

  • Familiar with Systems, Applications and Processes (SAP)
