Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/ined education.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management).
  • Ability to conduct data analysis and develop insights.
  • Strong proficiency in BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree from an accredited college in Business, Communications, or Data Analytics highly preferred.
  • Experience in developing executive summaries based on insights developed through data analysis.
  • Prior defense or aerospace experience.
  • Possess effective relationship-building skills with peers, leadership and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to develop immersive stories that answer business questions.
  • Using proven and sound statistical methods, the analyst draws insights from data, and translates those insights into action that drive business results.
  • Apply mathematical and statistical methods to business and risk management problems.
  • Mine, process, and summarize data.
  • Manage the quality assurance of data scraping, query databases for stakeholder requests, and triage data issues for timely resolutions.
  • Analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and prepare insights in narrative or visual forms, including dashboards.
  • Set up and maintain data processes and new analytics capabilities.
  • Produce and track key performance indicators.
  • Ability to formulate functional and technical requirements from business problems.
  • Program management of key tasks and resources to achieve cost and schedule.
