Requirements

  • Experience as an automotive technician (ASE certifications = major bonus points)
  • Passion for all things cars and customer service
  • Subaru experience is a strong plus
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • A team-first mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

  • Subaru experience is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on used vehicles in accordance with factory standards
  • Utilize Subaru service information systems and diagnostic equipment
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and clearly document findings
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members
  • Maintain productivity and efficiency goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and dealership procedures
