Willingness to participate in factory training programs to enhance technical skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems using current technical tools and systems.
Assist customers near the Service Drive by providing friendly and helpful customer service.
Keep up to date with technical publications, as well as Service Comm and Asist terminal operations.
Perform vehicle services safely, effectively, and correctly on the first attempt.
Address all original customer concerns fully before considering additional service opportunities.
Inspect vehicles for maintenance and repair needs according to factory and local standards.
Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean and in excellent condition.
Participate in factory and in-house training programs to continuously improve skills.
Complete required paperwork accurately and attach all necessary documentation.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and wear a clean uniform at all times.
