About The Position

We are growing at Subaru of Macon! The Jackson Auto group is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Associate at our Subaru of Macon location. The right associate is a motivated and results-driven individual responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is a full time individual contributor role that offers a competitive commission schedule. The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service skills! Sales experience is a plus but not required as we love to train those with the drive to succeed, and a passion for the automotive industry. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: - Competitive base salary plus commission - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid time off - Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers and assist with their vehicle purchase needs - Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with customers - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers - Meet and exceed monthly sales goals - Assist with financing and completing necessary paperwork for vehicle sales - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and specifications - Participate in sales training and meetings as required by the dealership - Ensure the dealership is clean and well-maintained to create a positive customer experience Requirements REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous automotive sales experience is a plus but not requred - Must possess strong customer service skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office and DMS systems - Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record - Must be able to pass a background check and drug test EEOC STATEMENT: Jackson Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a diverse working environment. Requirements
