Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed
• A customer-first mentality and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred—but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner—online, by phone, and in-store
• Guide customers through the buying process, from initial contact to final delivery
• Understand and clearly communicate the features and benefits of Subaru vehicles
• Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and build a strong referral base
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM and dealership systems
