About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Internet Sales Associate to join our Subaru dealership in Kansas City, MO. This role focuses on responding to online sales leads, assisting customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internet sales leads and customer inquiries
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and CRM systems
  • Assist customers with new and pre-owned Subaru vehicle selection
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives
  • Educate customers on vehicle features, pricing, and financing options
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership CRM
  • Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business
  • Work collaboratively with sales, finance, and service departments
  • Stay current on Subaru products, inventory, and automotive trends
  • Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops
